This rendering showcases a detailed digital model of a two-story residential building created using Autodesk Revit within a full Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflow. The project demonstrates an integrated approach to architectural design, spatial coordination, and visualization.

The model includes precise geometric development of the building envelope, structural elements, and façade details. Architectural features such as the central portico, symmetrical window arrangement, balcony extension, and exterior lighting were accurately modeled in Revit to reflect realistic proportions and construction logic.
Using BIM allowed for coordinated development of materials, levels, and parametric components, ensuring consistency across plans, sections, and 3D views. The workflow also supported clash-free design, efficient modification, and the ability to extract schedules or construction documentation from the same centralized model.
The rendering highlights:
Realistic façade articulation, including window frames, columns, and textural finishes
Accurate lighting simulation, emphasizing evening ambience
Parametric modeling of architectural elements for flexible design iteration
High-quality visualization, capturing both the architectural form and the surrounding landscape
