Investigating the Satisfaction Of Citizens From Shiraz Electronic Municipality

By the events of the connections revolution and information technology in recent decades, huge changes in cities have led to a rise in their lives. One of these issues that have encountered new aspects of city life is the phenomenon of electronic city. Nowadays, the electronic city as one of the most important urban managers and citizens in the use of urban services to citizens is undeniable. Therefore, the electronic municipality starts its activity by providing the most basic services on the internet and through the web-designed websites.

Shiraz e-Governance is one of the major reasons for eliminating administrative procedures for several years. This paper presents a descriptive-analytical approach by providing a theoretical framework of criteria and indices in e-municipality to codify the questionnaire and collect the opinions of citizens in this case and in the field of construction. The results of the study show that there is generally desirable satisfaction of e-municipality services in Shiraz.
